TRACKING INFORMATION
USPS / Fedex / UPS will send you an email with your tracking number once the package is prepared and picked up at our warehouse.
If your tracking link does not work try it again later as it normally takes some hours to USPS / Fedex / UPS to register the tracking information. Please note that USPS / Fedex / UPS only works on business days.
If your order passes through customs, we are not liable for any additional costs that may arise.
If you send a return package to a wrong address, we are not liable for any loss or misplacement.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to invoke your right of withdrawal, please, fill in the following form, to comply with our national laws, and send it to our contact page.
The right of withdrawal states that you can return the product to the sender within 14 days upon reception, paying the shipping fees that may arise of such return. Once we receive the merchandise, we would refund the corresponding amount of the order, though not the return costs (if all the merchandise was returned we’d reimburse the shipping fees of the original order too).

CARE INSTRUCTION
- Intense exercise may damage the product or cause serious facial injury.
- Acetate frames are susceptible to high temperature and high heat.
- Metal frames might cause allergic reaction to people with sensitive skin.
- The lenses of these sunglasses offer a higher degree of optical precision and are impact resistant in keeping with the Standards. However, they may not be considered to provide an indestructible shield against impacts. The frames have been manufactured using specially designed materials that are both light and comfortable to wear, whilst at the same time guaranteeing strength and robustness.
Warranty program does not cover scratched lenses.
- Cleaning and caring for your products:
Use lukewarm water and soap to clean your glasses.
Avoid drying the lenses with dirty or rough cloths, as this may damage the filters.
Use original accessories and spare parts only.
Please consult your optician for all maintenance and eye checks.

GENERAL INFORMATION
- Your quality is guaranteed.
Defective products can be exchanged immediately.
Products can be returned and replaced (or repaired) as a free within 12(Twelve) months of receipt of purchased.
When the product got damaged because of customer’s carelessness, it might need to pay for repairing by customer’s expense.
Proof of purchase is required for return and repair service of the product. All warranty claims are subject to a case by case evaluation.

Covered by Warranty (Examples of Cases):
Delamination and/or peeling of sun lens coating, Bubbles or imperfections in lens coating, Premature flaking or deterioration of frame coating or Soldering defects of temple hinges and/or barrels.
Not covered by Warranty (Examples of Cases):
Normal wear and tear (scratches or pit marks on sun lenses), Any damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of product, Damage caused by chemicals (hair spray, cologne, window cleaner, alcohol, et…), Unauthorized modifications or repairs, Loss of eyewear or Prescription (Rx) lenses.

Cost of repairing:
Covered Under Warranty – We will cover the cost of all work related to repairing or replacing your product.
Not Covered Under Warranty – We will send you an estimated for the cost to repair or replace your product.

WARNING:
This product is not suitable for gazing directly into the sun or for use during eclipses or for exposure to UV rays generated by artificial sources. It is not suitable for driving in conditions where the light is poor.
